Join us for an introductory journey through the chakra system and discover how these seven primary energy centers can influence your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In this workshop, we’ll explore each chakra, its associated colors, elements, themes, and energetic qualities, while learning simple techniques for recognizing imbalances and bringing yourself back into alignment.​

You’ll be introduced to crystals, affirmations, meditation, toning, and other practical tools you can incorporate into your everyday life.

Whether you’re completely new to chakras or looking to deepen your existing practice, Chakra 101 offers a grounded and accessible foundation for understanding and working with your energy.



Please bring:
  • A meditation cushion/yoga mat or stool to sit on
  • Your personal crystals for hands-on practice and energetic connection
  • Step into a space of higher awareness, energetic alignment, and spiritual discovery as we connect with the ancient intelligence and vibrational wisdom of the mineral realm.

This in-depth metaphysical workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of crystals, their energetic properties, and their role in spiritual practice, healing, and conscious living.

During this sacred and educational experience, attendees will explore:
  • The ancient origins and nature of crystals and minerals
  • The foundations and principles of Crystal Healing
  • How to properly work with and utilize crystals in daily practice
    Intuitive methods for selecting crystals for yourself and others
  • The spiritual importance of cleansing and clearing crystals, including various cleansing techniques
  • The energetic meaning behind cracked or broken crystals
  • Practices for sensing, connecting with, and interpreting crystal energy and much more!
Each attendee will receive a comprehensive informational packet covering the teachings and practices discussed throughout the workshop.

Customized meditations and advice on how to regain balance within your life will be provided.
